How it works

Step 1 - Create an account
You’ll need to create an account with us to enable you to request a refund, upload documents, communicate with us securely and monitor the progress of existing applications.
Step 2 - Complete your application
Fill out our online refunds form. This should take around four minutes to complete and is then assigned to a personal customer service agent who will handle your refund request.
Step 3 - Your refund application is reviewed
Once your application is submitted and assigned to one of our agents, we aim to review it within 48 working hours.

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A REFUND APPLICATION:

If your booked event has been cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or you can no longer travel due to a government imposed travel ban, you will need to contact the event organiser directly regarding your options.

Both event cancellation and Government imposed travel bans are excluded within our Terms and Conditions, so we will not be able to process refunds for either of these circumstances. You will need to contact the event organizer directly to assist you further.
