A great end to 2018 for Booking Protect

Most of the time, we use this blog to deliver advice for our customers, or announce important company news.

But today, we’re going for a little self-indulgence instead.

Because 2018 was a great year for Booking Protect, and we’d like to tell everyone why.

For a start, we’ve continued to grow. New staff members, new partners and a whole lot of new customers have seen us continue to lead the way in refund protection. We’ve got no plans to slow down anytime soon either – our goal is to make more money for our partners and a better experience for their customers. That can only happen if we continue to innovate.

Secondly, we finished the year as a five star company on Trustpilot. In 2018, we received our 1000th review on the platform, and it’s a testament to the hard work of our team that the average rating across all those reviews is ‘Excellent’.

Finally, in December, we won big at the Insurance Times Awards in London, taking home gold in the ‘Excellence in Claims Technology’ category. The judges said they felt our entry was ‘a success story of identifying a problem and successfully implementing their own solution to the benefit of the customer’.
