Refund protection specialists, Booking Protect, have signed a partnership with Buxton Opera House, to offer their market-leading service to the venue’s customers.
The refund protection service will create extra revenue for the 902-seat opera house, as well as giving visitors additional peace of mind.
The Buxton Opera House, built in 1903, has a fantastic reputation for shows and festivals. It hosts the annual Buxton drama festival, a hugely popular Christmas pantomime and around 450 other performances every year.
The partnership shows ambition and forward thinking from the Opera House, as Booking Protect are the global leaders in refund protection and recently won a prestigious award for their use of technology.
Booking Protect’s CEO, Simon Mabb, said: ‘We’re absolutely delighted to partner with the Buxton Opera House. It’s a historic and much-loved venue which welcomes around 190,000 visitors each year. This is a great opportunity for them to further improve their customer’s experience, which is already incredibly highly-rated. Booking Protect will take all the leg-work of refunds away from the Opera House, leaving them more time to do what they do best.’
