What is the conference all about?
The conference brings together ticketing and marketing professionals to discuss the hot topics of the industry. So we expect to be meeting a whole host of influencers from various sectors including theatres, sports, live music venues, festivals and much more.
It’s always interesting to learn about the ticketing industry. With technology constantly evolving, there’s always a plethora of new things to discuss. However, one thing that isn’t going away any time soon is the need for genuine, real life communication. Though AI is becoming more sophisticated, it can’t possibly empathise with customers and provide friendly, understanding responses. That’s where we come in.
We’ll be showcasing our expertise
Our CEO, Simon Mabb, will be speaking at the event on the subject of: Enhancing the Customer Experience and Using Customer Review Sites. He’ll also be taking part in panel events alongside other speakers.
It’s fair to say we’ve become natural leaders in the refund protection market when it comes to putting customers first. We represent our customers’ brand and always offer a friendly and personal service when dealing with refund applications.
So it makes sense to put this at the front and centre of our discussions at the Ticketing Professionals Conference.
