If you’re requesting a refund due to an event been cancelled, or the recent tier changes in the UK mean that you can no longer travel, you will need to contact the event organizer directly to see your options.
Both event cancellation and Government imposed travel bans are excluded within our Terms and Conditions, so we will not be able to process refunds for either of these circumstances. You will need to contact the event organizer directly to assist you further.
