The first step to obtaining your refund through Booking Protect is to fill out our online refunds form. This should take around 4 minutes to complete and is then assigned to a personal customer service agent who will handle your refund request.
Once your application is submitted and assigned to one of our agents, we aim to have it reviewed within 48 working hours.
You’ll be notified immediately once your application has been reviewed and updated. If following the review your application is approved, you’ll be given the option to choose between our payment options so that the refund can be received by your preferred method. All refunds are issued within 48 working hours of you providing payment information and should appear in your account within 5 working days.
